Discover the Best of Local Farm Fresh Delights

Our Festival

Celebrating Community, Farming, and and Flavor

The North Durham Farm to Fork Food Festival is a love letter from the North Durham Farmers' Market and Soul Sanctuary to the community of Durham.

Not only will you have the opportunity to taste seven delicious dishes lovingly prepared from fresh produce from our farmers, but you will get to leave with a 'lil more info on how the dishes were prepared, the nutritional values, and meet the Chefs themselves. We have an amazing set of featured chefs.... from an acclaimed winner of the televised chef competition Chopped, to professionally trained culinary artists, to self made home chefs.

We are also celebrating our hard working farmers who keep fresh, local, and safe food on our tables. In these times it is important to show farmers some love because they are the ones who will keep our local food systems healthy and safe.

Come to get a few tastes, and hopefully leave with so much more!!! See you Saturday July 19th from 12 to 4pm, at Soul Sanctuary (1016 Old Oxford Rd, Durham NC 27704)

This page will remain available after the festival for folks to get recipes and nutritional information to inspire you to try these yummy dishes on your own!

You are in the right place if you want to know how Chef Queen Precious Jewel turned this.......
